Instant access! Your files will be ready for download as soon as your payment is confirmed. Simply check your inbox for the order confirmation email with the links.
Physical items:
As a dedicated solopreneur, I work hard to dispatch your orders within 1-2 business days. While this is my goal, please note that it’s not always guaranteed, but I’ll do my best to get your items on their way as quickly as possible.
EU orders are fulfilled by a shipping partner and it takes 3-5 days to dispatch. If you order is urgent, please get in touch.
Orders ship from the UK, except for EU orders, which are sent from my fulfilment partner in the EU (Lithuania). This helps ensure faster delivery times and smoother customs processing.
Once your order has been dispatched (usually within 1-2 days), please allow the following time for delivery:
United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
United States: 7-9 business days
Canada: 9-11 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 12-15 business days
These are estimated times and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs or other shipping issues.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. I cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses, and any delays caused by this or external delivery companies are out of my control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, i recommend contacting the delivery company or checking with customs before reaching out.
I am always happy to help, but some issues might be quicker to resolve directly with the courier.
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
US & Canadian orders are being sent with customs fully covered, so no surprise fees or delays — just smooth cosmic delivery straight to your door.
EU customers, orders ship directly from within the EU (Lithuania), so no surprise fees or delays — just smooth cosmic delivery straight to your door.
I am not liable for delays due to customs procedures.
Your payments are secure. All transactions use trusted platforms like Shopify for e-commerce transactions, PayPal, Klarna and Stripe for course payments. All those platforms handle your details safely and securely.
I am confident you will love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, I accept returns:

EXEMPTIONS
Please note, I cannot accept returns on digital downloads or items on sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To qualify for a refund, the buyer must return the item in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is damaged upon return.
Refunds for the item value (excluding postage) will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return.
