Physical items:
As a dedicated solopreneur, I work hard to dispatch your orders within 1-2 business days. While this is my goal, please note that it’s not always guaranteed, but I’ll do my best to get your items on their way as quickly as possible.
WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
Orders ship from the UK, except for EU orders, which are sent from our fulfillment partner in the EU (Lithuania). This helps ensure faster delivery times and smoother customs processing.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been dispatched (usually within 1-2 days), please allow the following time for delivery:
United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
United States: 7-9 business days
Canada: 9-11 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 12-15 business days
These are estimated times and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs or other shipping issues.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses, and any delays caused by this or external delivery companies are out of our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, we recommend contacting the delivery company or checking with customs before reaching out to us.
We’re always happy to help, but some issues might be quicker to resolve directly with the courier.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
US orders are free of custom charges up to $800.
For our EU customers, orders ship directly from within the EU (Lithuania), avoiding custom issues.
We are not liable for delays due to customs procedures.
SECURE PAYMENT
Your payments are secure. We use trusted platforms like Shopify for e-commerce transactions, Paypal, and Stripe for our course payments, both of which ensure your details are handled safely and securely.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we accept returns:

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
EXEMPTIONS
Please note, we cannot accept returns on digital downloads or items on sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
To qualify for a refund, the buyer must return the item in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is damaged upon return.
Refunds for the item value (excluding postage) will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return.
