WHERE MY ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED FROM?
UK orders ship from the UK via Royal Mail.
All other orders ship from Sweden (EU) via PostNord.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After dispatch (1-2 days), please allow the following time for items to arrive:
United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
United States: 7-9 business days
Canada: 9-11 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 12-15 business days

After dispatch, I have no control over how long it takes to arrive, this is in hands of customs and the couriers. I am not responsible for any failure by an external delivery company.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. Please note that EU orders will ship from the EU (Sweden).
I accept payment via Stripe and Paypal. Both are secure and encrypted. I never receive your credit card information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I am sure you will love your purchase but if for some reason is not for you, I accept returns.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
The buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition and the costs associated with it. In case of damage, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refund for the value of the item will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item. Postage charges are excluded from refund policy.
GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING
Please ask if you would like the item with wrapping for a gift and if you would like a personal note on your behalf.
I ensure that every item is lovingly, carefully, and safely packed using environmentally friendly and recycled packaging when possible.
