BLUE MOON LUCK

The May 2026 Full Moon rises on May 31st at 9° Sagittarius, closing the month beneath the rare glow of a Blue Moon, the second Full Moon in a single calendar month. While the moon doesn’t turn blue, the symbolism still lingers: something unusual, unexpected, and slightly magical.

There are moments in life when something shifts, not outside us first, but inside our perception.
And suddenly, what once felt impossible begins to feel available.

This Full Moon is trine Neptune and Saturn in Aries, and square the Lunar Nodes. Jupiter, ruler of Sagittarius and of this Moon, colours the sky with themes of expansion, belief, opportunity, and meaning. Uranus remains strongly active in the background, stirring the unexpected and reminding us that life rarely changes through predictability alone.

This is a Moon about perspective.

Because when our perspective shifts, we stop reacting from where we’ve been, and begin recognising what is actually calling us forward.

The places where luck, endings, and new doors appear are never random. Every Full Moon illuminates a different area of your life depending on your birth chart. Explore the Unlock Your Birth Chart Masterclass to learn how these lunar cycles speak directly to your life.

The Doorway of Belief

Do you believe in luck?

Not abstractly, not theoretically, but truly.

Do you believe life can surprise you in beautiful ways? That opportunities can appear unexpectedly?
Or that something good could happen to you, even before there is evidence?

Many people love the idea of luck. But far fewer allow themselves to believe in it. And yet, it costs nothing to remain open.

Still, the mind often chooses the safer path: expect less, prepare for disappointment, stay realistic, and don’t hope too much.
Because hope can feel vulnerable, but without openness to possibility, life slowly loses its magic.

Sagittarius teaches that belief shapes perception, not because thoughts magically control reality, but because what we believe influences what we notice, what we trust, and what we allow ourselves to move toward.

Opportunities are rarely obvious at first. They often arrive disguised as a conversation, a coincidence, an invitation or a sudden feeling, maybe strange timing or a door you almost ignored.

But if you do not believe opportunities are possible, you may never recognise them when they arrive.

The Luck of Openness

This Full Moon carries a powerful relationship between Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus. Jupiter expands, Saturn stabilises, Neptune softens old wounds and restores faith, and Uranus interrupts the expected.

Together, they create a rare opening, the possibility that something new can emerge when we stop clinging so tightly to what we already know. This does not mean every wish instantly manifests, but it does mean the future is not fixed.

Somewhere along the way, many people stopped expecting life to meet them kindly. They learned to trust control more than possibility. To rely on certainty more than intuition.

But this Full Moon asks something different.

What if you allowed yourself to believe that life may still hold surprises for you?
Not because you are naïve, but because you are willing to stay open.

Because often, luck is not only what happens to us, it is what becomes visible once we stop assuming nothing good can happen.

This Full Moon may bring opportunities disguised as change, a conversation that alters direction, an ending that frees you or a beginning you did not plan for but instantly recognise.

Under this Blue Moon, luck is not only about gain, sometimes luck is the door closing before you waste more life knocking on it.

The Crossroads

With the Lunar Nodes activated, this Full Moon may bring a moment of reckoning between old beliefs and the reality unfolding in front of you.

You may notice where cynicism has replaced curiosity, where fear has disguised itself as logic or where old disappointments became permanent expectations.

This Moon lovingly asks whether your beliefs are expanding your life or shrinking it?

Some wounds may surface here, especially around trust, hope, or disappointment. But Neptune’s presence offers healing. Because not every past experience deserves to become a future prophecy. And not every closed door means life has stopped trying to reach you.

This Full Moon is asking you to loosen the grip of certainty long enough for possibility to enter.

May 2026 Full Blue Moon in Sagittarius: Blue Moon Luck

A Blue Moon reminds us that not everything meaningful happens on schedule.
Some things arrive unexpectedly.
Some opportunities appear when least expected.
Some chapters begin before we feel fully ready.
And sometimes, life changes because we finally allow ourselves to believe it can.

You can begin here:

  • Where have I stopped expecting good things to happen?
  • What opportunities might I be overlooking because they don’t yet look like results?
  • What would change if I allowed myself to believe life could surprise me?

If you have never dared to open the lucky door, this Full Moon is your invitation. Because luck rarely arrives with certainty, it arrives as possibility.

And remember that the cosmos has always responded to those willing to dare into the unknown.

So make a lucky wish beneath this Blue Moon.
Not because you know exactly how it will happen, but because your heart is finally willing to believe it might.

With love and care,

Ester
